What if I lose or damage my BruinCard? BruinCards can be replaced for a cost of $25. To obtain a BruinCard replacement, visit the BruinCard Center at 123 Kerckhoff Hall on the UCLA campus. If your card was damaged, please bring it with you when you visit the BruinCard Center.

Joe and Josephine Bruin are such beloved mascots that it's hard to imagine a time when UCLA had a different mascot. But it actually wasn't until 1926 that the university settled on the Bruins.

Joe Bruin, an anthropomorphic male brown bear, is the official mascot of the University of California, Los Angeles' athletic teams along with Josephine "Josie" Bruin, a female brown bear, who is his regular partner at UCLA sporting events and other university activities.

Once again, UCLA was in search of a moniker. After considering everything from Buccaneers to Gorillas, students remained in a quandary. At the time, UC Berkeley was using both Bears and Bruins. Berkeley's student leaders voted to give the Bruin name up and finally, UCLA had its mascot.

Den Passes are not required to attend other UCLA sports games. All regular season UCLA athletic games are free for UCLA students when they present their BruinCards. Students can also keep up with the UCLA sports student section events through the UCLA Den Instagram, which is linked below.

HOW DO I GET TICKETS TO THE EVENT? Tickets will be available to book from 1pm on Thursday 2nd November via AXS here alternatively search bigbash2023.com and you will be redirected to the OVO Arena Wembley site, which has the link to AXS to buy tickets.

The two sections behind each end zone (11, 12, 25, 26) are general admission for all UCLA football games. These are on the same levels as all the other sections in a bowl stadium, except there are no assigned seats.

The John Wooden Center is available to registered UCLA students, faculty, staff, retirees, alumni, and community members. Registered students can use your bruin card for access. All other affiliations, please register for a Rec membership.

General public: Individuals over 18 can get a free access-only card. This card is required to use many Library facilities and services but does not allow users to borrow items. Members of the public over 18 years old can purchase a borrower card for $100 per year.

Our Mission: The Non-Traditional Student Network is to function as both a social, academic, and institutional support system for the diverse and growing demographic of nontraditional students at UCLA. What is a non-traditional student? Anyone returning to school after taking a break from their educational goals.

It's complicated, and it depends largely on whether you are applying as a California resident or as an out-of-state resident. That said, no matter where you're coming from, gaining admission to UCLA is not a walk in the park. UCLA is one of the most selective schools in the University of California system.
